Section 3
Establishment of Nepal Administrative Training Institute
: (1) Nepal Administrative Training Institute has been established to provide high level training in administration and management related subjects in Nepal.
(2) The institution shall be called “Nepal Administrative Staff College” in English language (3) The Nepal Administrative Training Institute established before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been established in accordance with this Act.
